Article 1 - Parties

Article 2 - Subject

The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the relevant regulations regarding the sale and delivery of the product or products, the qualities and sales price of which are specified below, which the BUYER has ordered electronically via the SELLER's website www.lioretr.com or via the @liore.tr Instagram account.

Addendum: BUYER declares electronically that he/she has read and accepted the preliminary information form and this agreement presented to him/her before the ordering process.

Article 3 - Product and Delivery Information

Additional: Product delivery will be made within 30 working days at the latest from the date the order is confirmed and payment is completed.

Article 4 - General Provisions

4.1. BUYER accepts that he/she has read and is informed about the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and preliminary information regarding delivery of the contractual products on the SELLER's website and Instagram account and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.
4.2. By approving this contract electronically, the BUYER declares that all preliminary information obligations have been fulfilled by the SELLER before the contract is established.
4.3. The contract shall enter into force on the date it is approved electronically by the BUYER.
4.4. The SELLER is obliged to deliver the ordered product to the BUYER in full and in accordance with the specified specifications.
4.5. When the BUYER wishes to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, he/she accepts that the return shipping costs will be his/her responsibility and that he/she has been informed about this.
4.6. The parties agree that the personal information provided by the BUYER during product delivery will be used only for sales and delivery purposes and will be protected within the scope of KVKK No. 6698.

Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

5.1. The BUYER may exercise his right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product.
5.2. The right of withdrawal can be exercised by written notice or notification via permanent data storage. Notifications must be sent to liorewear@gmail.com.
5.3. After the notice of withdrawal is made, the product must be returned to the SELLER by the BUYER via cargo within 10 days at the latest. Returns will not be accepted when this period is exceeded.
5.4. The product to be returned;

• Unused,
• Unwashed,
• Not deformed,
• Odorless,
• The label is not damaged,
• It is mandatory to deliver it completely with its original packaging.
  5.5. Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
• The product has been used,
• The label has been removed/damaged,
• Wear and tear of the fabric, staining,
• Odor (sweat, perfume, cigarettes, etc.),
• Changes have been made to the product.
  5.6. The original invoice, labels, packaging and protective materials used during shipping must be returned along with the return.
  5.7. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the BUYER. Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.
  5.8. If the product is not shipped within 10 days after the notice of withdrawal, the return request will be deemed invalid.
  5.9. If the product complies with the return conditions after being examined by the SELLER, the product price will be refunded to the BUYER within 14 days.

Article 6 - Right to Change

6.1. BUYER generally does not have the right to exchange the product. However, exchange can be made in the following cases:

• Wrong product sent,
• Wrong size/color sent.
  6.2. Exchange requests must be submitted to the SELLER in writing within 2 (two) days from the delivery of the product.
  6.3. After the exchange request is approved, the product will be replaced with the correct product when it is delivered to the SELLER.
  6.4. Exchange is only valid for errors caused by the SELLER. Exchange is not possible due to reasons such as the BUYER not liking the item, it not fitting the size, etc.

Article 7 - Dispute Resolution

In the implementation of this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the BUYER's place of residence are authorized in accordance with the monetary limits determined each year by the Ministry of Trade.

Article 8 - Entry into Force

This contract shall enter into force on the date it is approved electronically by the BUYER. The BUYER accepts and declares that he/she has read, understood and approved the preliminary information provided to him/her by the SELLER prior to the contract.

Consent of the Parties
This agreement becomes valid and binding between the parties by being approved electronically.
